Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) as known as DB Patil Navi Mumbai Airport is an upcoming greenfield airport is located in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Raigad district, Maharashtra, India.
The new greenfield airport is being built by CIDCO(City and Industrial Development Corporation) through PPP (Public Private Partnership) model. Navi Mumbai Airport is being developed by the Adani Group-led Navi Mumbai International Airport Limited (NMIAL) with a 4 phase master plan to handle over 60 million passengers per annum in the future.
Airport is expected to be opened for flight operations in April 2025.

Phases
Phase-1 of airport will have one runway, one terminal and 20 million passenger handling capacity but after final phase there will be 3 terminals, 2 runways and 90 million passenger handling capacity.

Connectivity
CIDCO will construct the six-lane Ulwe Coastal Road (UCR) from Ulwe to airport and Kharghar Coastal Road (KCR) from Kharghar to airport, to improve connectivity to the airport.
The Airport will also be connected with Navi Mumbai metro line 1 and Mumbai metro line 8

- Runway 08L/26R: 3,700 by 60 meters (12,140 ft × 200 ft)
- Runway 08R/26L: 3,700 by 60 meters (12,140 ft × 200 ft)
