Two of India’s most awaited airports Navi Mumbai International Airport and Noida International Airport (Jewar) are set to open soon. The Navi Mumbai Airport is scheduled to start operations on October 8, 2025 as announced by Adani Group the owner of airport while the Jewar Airport near Noida is expected to open later this month.

India’s aviation sector is expanding rapidly, and new airports are essential to handle the growing air traffic and improve connectivity between major cities.

The Navi Mumbai International Airport will help reduce congestion at Mumbai’s existing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, which is currently operating beyond its capacity.
